Yantra Yoga

Samkhya Yoga is a mathematical science that measures the movements of the Heavens. Samkhya Yoga is expressed in mathematical equations.

Yantra Yoga (numerology) is a sub–lesson of Samkhya Yoga which is a sub–lesson of Mudra Yoga.

In Yantra Yoga, numbers are used as symbols and in turn these numbers helps us understand our SELF. Thus, Yantra Yoga is ultimately a self study — why you are the way they are and do the things they do.

The most powerful benefit of Yantra Yoga lies in its simplicity and ability to help you select a balanced name for you based upon your birthpath.

Learning Yantra Yoga takes about 1 week. Understanding Yantra Yoga takes 1 year. Mastering Yantra Yoga takes a lifetime.

We offer free lessons in Yantra Yoga for those that are keen.

Yantra vs Astrology

Both Astrology and Yantra Yoga are sublessons of Mudra Yoga.

One could say the primary difference is that in Astrology one looks at the personality while in Yantra Yoga one is able to look at both the character and the personality.

At the end of the day, if you gave experts in Yantra Yoga and Astrology the same question, it's been said they would both have the same answer. Essentially, both do similar things yet have different purposes and/or uses.

Our main focus is to use the science of Yantra Yoga to help balance one's name with one's birthpath. Additionally we focus on having an awareness of the cycles. Readings are of us no interest to us.

Mantra vs Yantra

A Yantra is a symbol (or geometric shape) that represents the invisible and directs one to the divine like a roadmap tells you how to travel from one city to another.

A Mantra is a sacred word, phrase or sound that's used to focus or sharpen the mind so that it connects with the divine — like a microscope that magnifies and ultimately allows you to focus on a small object.

But, the science of mantra is extremely complex and thus a mantra should only being given by a qualified guru.

We can, however, use Yantra Yoga to determine your birthpath (roadmap) and then choose a balanced name which becomes your ultimate sacred word (mantra).

A balanced name then helps to harmonize your inner and outer nature with your Atman or True Self.

Yantra Yoga uses numbers as symbols.
Yeantra means Symbol. Yantra Yoga uses numbers as symbols. The numbers do not, in themselves, have any special qualities. The numbers are used like letters of the alphabet are used to spell words. But here, instead of spelling a word, we get information from the numbers.
