Yantra Yoga uses the same mathematical formulas but in regards to a personal level. Using a mathematical formula, we are able to evaluate both your name and date of birth.

Your name and your birthdate need to have the same mathematical value in order for you to have a balanced name. Yantric Yogis will tell you that a balanced name creates harmony in one's life as one's Param Purusha (your higher self) will be in balance with one's Purusha (your real self).
