HATHA YOGA - LESSON 2Pose 10 Sethu Bandhasan (Bridge Pose)To finish this series, you will do the Bridge Pose as described in the first lesson. We do this Bridge Pose again because this pose will counteract all the stretching of the lumbar region. As with every series of postures complete them with the Relaxation Pose.
